⁴ Terms and conditions apply, and by submitting a video, you agree to the following:

• To be eligible you must meet with eligibility criteria.
• Videos must be submitted before the competition closing on 15 November 2024 via the WeTransfer link which will be provided to you via email.
• All videos must be provided in .MP4 or .mov format.
• By submitting a video you agree that it can be used for promotional purposes by Fulton Hogan and you grant Fulton Hogan a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to modify, reproduce, publish, distribute, transmit, display, license, annotate, create derivative works or otherwise use the video in whole or in part in any media without any limitation or restriction. You further acknowledge that you are entitled to no compensation in connection with the video regardless of how or whether it is used.
• You grant Fulton Hogan the right to attach wording to the video as it sees fit, including your name, location and any general information about the video.
• By submitting a video you agree that the work is your own and that you own the rights to the content.
